Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Buni mobile application ("App") operated by Piicazo Ventures LLC ("Company", "we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of Service

Buni is a creative application for children that transforms photos and drawings into coloring pages using artificial intelligence. The App includes drawing tools, templates, and gallery features.

2. Age Requirements

Buni is designed for children ages 4–8 with parental supervision. Children under 13 may use the App in Guest Mode without creating an account. Account creation requires a parent or guardian.

3. Subscriptions & Purchases

Buni offers free features and an optional premium subscription called Buni Pro, available as an auto-renewable subscription sold through the Apple App Store. All purchases require parental verification through our in-app parental gate.

Buni Pro subscription terms:

  • Buni Pro Monthly — billed monthly at the price displayed in the App Store at time of purchase (approximately US$9.99/month).
  • Buni Pro Yearly — billed annually at the price displayed in the App Store at time of purchase (approximately US$39.99/year).
  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.
  • You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions at any time.
  • No partial refunds will be given for unused portions of a subscription period; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
  • Use of Buni Pro is also governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.

4. Content Ownership

Artwork created by users within the App belongs to the user. Piicazo Ventures LLC does not claim ownership of user-created content. Photos uploaded for processing are not stored or used for any purpose beyond immediate coloring page generation.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to process inappropriate, illegal, or harmful content. The App includes safety filters to prevent processing of inappropriate images.

6. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Piicazo Ventures LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

7. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we handle information including children's privacy protections.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.
