Common Issues
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → select Buni → Cancel. Apple manages all billing.
My coloring page won't generate
Check your internet connection, Buni needs WiFi or cellular data to create coloring pages. Try closing and reopening the app.
How do I delete my account?
Email us at piicazoventuresllc@gmail.com and we'll process your request within 48 hours. Buni stores minimal data, see our Privacy Policy.
Can I get a refund?
Apple handles all refunds. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, and select the Buni purchase.
