Common Issues
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → select Buni → Cancel. Apple manages all billing.
My coloring page won't generate
Check your internet connection — Buni needs WiFi or cellular data to create coloring pages. Try closing and reopening the app.
How do I delete my account?
Email us at support@buni.app and we'll process your request within 48 hours. Buni stores minimal data — see our Privacy Policy.
Can I get a refund?
Apple handles all refunds. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, and select the Buni purchase.
